My experience with breadmaking had very limited success. I felt it best to leave Breadmaking to the men in funny white hats and little old farm ladies........Everything changed when I came accross this man's website a couple of weeks ago. He takes the mystery out of breadmaking with easy step by step instructions, exact ingredient quantities and really nice photo's. He is an amazing teacher with a very cool website!! I have sucessfully made 5 different types of incredibly delicious breads in the past 2 weeks (including to die for really chewy bagels). If I can do it anyone can!! He also has a very informative political blog, for those who like to keep their heads above the sand. | A must for all professional soap makers!! As well as providing a wealth of information and a plethora of resources. They also offer liability insurance for us small business owners. The Guild is filled with hard working, fun loving Soap Makers and affiliates. I am proud to be a member. | I use this program on a daily basis. It stores my recipes, assists me in creating new formulas, assigns batch #'s to soaps as we make them, keeps track of supplies on hand, tracks product stock, and keeps a dated record of every soap made in my studio. Tech support is by far the best I have ever experienced. He has a yahoo group, and personally responds to every person. It is simply the most valuable program a soapmaker can own. |
